 A fully trained sales staff assists buyers with their decisions.  " We have stringent requirements for our salespeople." Hickey said.  " They are required to become certified within 90 days of employment." The dealership provides the time and tools for them to earn their credentials.

 Once a car has been purchased, a trained delivery coordinator reviews the vehicle's warranty, operation and maintenance with its new owner so he or she can become comfortable with it before taking possession. " People are delighted to not just have the keys handed to them", said Hickey.

 To ensure optimal vehicle care, Peoria Ford also offers full-service auto repair, maintenance and body shops as well as a Quick Lane service area for oil changes and minor repairs, with no appointments required.
