Michael Aragon Arrives at Ford

Ford's legacy includes many prominent leaders. Aragon steps into Peter Stern's shoes as Stern begins his role as President of Peloton Interactive. Ford enthusiasts are curious about Aragon's forthcoming initiatives.

He shared his enthusiasm for richer in-cabin offerings: “We can spark new in-cabin experiences and services that feel seamless and contextual for our customers.” He'll guide the evolution of Ford BlueCruise, Ford Pro software, and Model e services.

Expanding paid subscriptions beyond the current 800,000 is a top goal. CEO Mike Farley fully supports Aragon and is confident he'll drive Integrated Services to new levels.

Discussing Ford+, Farley said, “The heart of the Ford+ plan is to match our iconic and trusted vehicles with incredible services and experiences that will improve the lives of our customers and help businesses succeed.” He added, “Mike is the right leader to build on our early success with Integrated Services and help Ford capture this immense growth opportunity.”

Aragon took charge on March 17. A University of New Mexico alum with a Dartmouth MBA, he's led successful teams at Fortune 500 companies and bolstered Twitch's reputation. Ford expects his tenure to spark major advancements.
