WINDSHIELD REPAIR – Peoria Ford offers up to five (5) complimentary windshield chip repairs on the originally purchased new vehicle, limited to chips no larger than 5 millimeters. Repairs must be performed at Peoria Ford and are subject to inspection and approval by authorized service personnel. Chips located within the driver’s direct line of sight are not recommended for repair, as such repairs may not prevent the damage from spreading and could impair visibility. Repairs are intended to minimize further cracking but are not guaranteed to restore the windshield to its original condition. Visibility of the blemish may remain, in whole or in part, following the completion of the repair. Peoria Ford shall not be held liable for any additional damage to the windshield that may occur during or after the repair, including damage resulting from existing weaknesses in the glass or the natural progression of the original chip. This offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid only for the original purchaser of the vehicle.

ONE DING REPAIR- One (1) complimentary ding repair for the originally purchased new vehicle, valid for the duration of the original owner’s ownership. This benefit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original purchaser of the vehicle. This service is limited to the repair of a single visible ding. The repair is cosmetic in nature and is intended to improve the appearance of the affected area. While every effort will be made to restore the area to its original condition, Peoria Ford does not guarantee a flawless finish. Minor variations in texture, color, or alignment may be present following the repair and may be noticeable under certain lighting conditions or viewing angles. This offer does not cover hail damage or damage caused by extreme weather events. Peoria Ford is not liable for any pre-existing damage or imperfections not directly related to the ding repair being performed. Offer subject to inspection and approval by Peoria Ford service personnel.

ONE WHEEL REPAIR- Wheel repair covers defects related to the repair itself, including workmanship or material failure. The repair process addresses visible cosmetic damages (such as scratches, dents, and curb rash) and functional issues (such as minor cracks or bends). The lifetime warranty does not cover structural failures resulting from misuse, accidents, or other external factors.

LOANER VEHICLE WITH SERVICE - By participating in our Lifetime Loaner Vehicle Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility and Availability: The lifetime loaner vehicle program is available with every Ford warranty service which may include a history of service or repairs with Peoria Ford. Loaner vehicles are subject to availability and are provided at the sole discretion of Peoria Ford.
  2. Loaner Vehicle Use: Loaner vehicles are provided for temporary use while your own vehicle is being serviced or repaired. The loaner vehicle is to be used for personal transportation only, and may not be used for commercial purposes, towing, racing, or any other activity that may cause damage or exceed the manufacturer's recommended usage.
  3. Condition of Loaner Vehicle: Loaner vehicles will be provided in a safe, operational condition; however, Peoria Ford makes no guarantees regarding the condition or performance of the vehicle beyond standard maintenance. The customer is responsible for the care and proper handling of the loaner vehicle during the period of use.
  4. Insurance and Liability: The customer is responsible for providing proof of valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage. By accepting the loaner vehicle, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Peoria Ford from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from accidents, injuries, or damages caused during the use of the loaner vehicle.
  5. Damage or Loss: The customer is responsible for any damage to the loaner vehicle during the term of use, including but not limited to accidents, vandalism, theft, or damage caused by negligent use. In the event of damage or loss, the customer agrees to pay for any necessary repairs or the replacement value of the vehicle.
  6. Maintenance and Fuel: The customer is responsible for the cost of fuel and any incidental maintenance (such as tire pressure checks or fluid levels) while the loaner vehicle is in their possession. Customers should return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when it was initially provided.
  7. Return of Loaner Vehicle: The loaner vehicle must be returned to Peoria Ford in the same condition as it was provided (excluding normal wear and tear), by the agreed-upon return date. Failure to return the loaner vehicle on time or in good condition may result in charges for additional rental days, repairs, or replacement.
  8. Duration of Loaner Vehicle Usage: Loaner vehicles are typically provided for a limited duration, which will be specified at the time of the loan. Peoria Ford reserves the right to revoke loaner vehicle privileges at any time, with or without cause, and may discontinue the loaner vehicle program without prior notice.
  9. No Transfer of Loaner Vehicle: The loaner vehicle is for the exclusive use of the customer who requested the service on the originally purchased new vehicle. It may not be transferred or lent to any third parties.
  10. Limitation of Liability: Peoria Ford is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss of income, or any other indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the loaner vehicle, except where prohibited by law.
  11. Modification and Termination: Peoria Ford reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loaner vehicle program at any time, without prior notice, and to establish new terms and conditions for participation.

CAR WASH WITH SERVICE With each qualifying service transaction performed at Peoria Ford, customers will receive a complimentary exterior vehicle wash and interior vacuum of the purchased vehicle. Peoria Ford shall not be held liable for damage to vehicles resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to loose, broken, or worn parts. Additionally, Peoria Ford assumes no responsibility for damage to or loss of aftermarket accessories, non-factory installed items, antennas, wiper blades, mirrors, wheel covers, or similar components.

$500 REFERRAL PROGRAM - The $500 Referral Program is offered exclusively by Peoria Ford and is available to individuals who have purchased a vehicle from Peoria Ford. To qualify for the $500 referral bonus, the Referrer must submit a referral for a friend or family member who is not currently in the process of purchasing or has recently purchased a vehicle from Peoria Ford at the time of the referral submission. A referral shall not be deemed valid if the Referred Customer has already initiated contact with Peoria Ford, whether online, by phone, or in person. The referral bonus will be earned only after the Referred Customer completes the purchase of a vehicle from Peoria Ford. Upon verification and confirmation of the completed sale, Peoria Ford will issue a referral payment in the amount of $500 to the Referrer in the form of a check. Payment will be processed and issued within thirty (30) days of the date the vehicle sale is finalized and all necessary documentation is complete.

2 YEAR/24,000 MILES MAINTENANCE - Coverage for 2 years or 24,000 miles on the new purchased vehicle, whichever occurs first. Maintenance includes oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and exterior car wash in accordance with the factory recommended maintenance schedule as outlined in the Ford owner’s manual. Does not include any additional maintenance/repairs. Commercial and fleet vehicles excluded.
