About the President's Award

The President's Award is a high honor given to just a fraction of Ford car dealerships around the United States. Only 345 out of more than 5,000 dealerships, to be exact. We are proud to be included in the most elite group of Ford dealerships in the nation. However, we didn't just earn the award out of nowhere. To be eligible and ultimately chosen for the award, car dealerships must meet several stringent criteria. First, they must show a hard work ethic and genuine passion for their industry. Awards are given to dealerships with exceptional customer service and vehicle sales. Essentially, dealerships must make customers as comfortable, informed, and satisfied as possible when they buy or service a car. A high level of customer service and satisfaction must be obtained and maintained by each eligible dealership.

How Are Dealerships Rated?

Rather than most competitions, where judges evaluate the contestants, ratings come directly from customers. After their experience with a Ford dealer, customers rate their interactions with all departments. Their feedback determines whether or not a dealership becomes a candidate for the President's Award. Dealerships must provide a positive experience and receive above-average ratings in all areas of customer service and interaction, including the receptionists at the front desk, the sales team, service technicians, shop specialists, and all other members of the office staff.
