What is a reservation?

A reservation lets you configure and be among the first to order a new Bronco from Peoria Ford with a refundable Reservation Deposit. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.

What steps are required to complete my reservation?

Click the link above to start your reservation.  Peoria Ford will automatically be selected as your dealer.  In the event it is not, input our zip code, 85382 to find and select our dealership.  A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

You will be able to make changes and complete your Bronco configuration at the time you place your order.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund. You can do this in your account at ford.com. If for some reason you can't process the cancellation online, you can contact a Ford Customer Experience Representative at 800-392-3673 (Ford U.S.). After canceling, allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your original form of payment.

When can I order my vehicle?

We will notify you prior to when the vehicle's ordering window opens to finalize and confirm your configuration and agree on pricing.

When will I take delivery of my vehicle?

You will be able to order your Bronco Sport soon with delivery in late 2020 and the Bronco in late 2020 with delivery to begin spring 2021. Once actual delivery times may vary based on vehicle model and configuration selected, residency and demand. Once your vehicle is scheduled, you will receive further notification.

How many reservations can I make and can I transfer my reservation?

Up to two reservations per account. Your reservation number is assigned to you and cannot be transferred.

How much will it cost to reserve a Bronco?  Is it refundable?

Reservations will cost $100 for each model and is fully refundable with reservation cancellation.

Will reservations be fulfilled in the order placed?

Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received, based on final ordering and production of similarly configured Broncos. All reservations will be completed before production of stock units begins.

When will customers be able to finalize their reservations?

Reservations open on July 13. The selected dealer will reach out to customers to complete the configuration and place the order, expected to be July for Bronco Sport and December for Bronco.

What if I don't live near Peoria Ford?

We are offering free delivery anywhere in the continental United States! We will also offer complimentary airport/hotel pick up when you arrive in town to take delivery of your new Bronco.

Do I need to pick up my Bronco at Peoria Ford?

Picking up your new Bronco at our dealership means that that our team will help you create your own Bronco Road Trip!  When you reserve your Bronco with Peoria Ford you will receive a limited-edition metal Bronco card you can turn in for a special Bronco gift package as well!

Can I reserve my Bronco with Peoria Ford, but have it delivered to a different dealership if I don't live near the dealership?

Yes, we will gladly deliver your new Bronco or Bronco Sport to any location in the continental United States free of charge.  It's important to note that your local dealer may charge a delivery fee at their discretion so we recommend speaking with them regarding their policies beforehand.

What about accessories?

Accessories will be made available in December.  There will be many options to choose from including dealer-installed kayak carries, light brackets, Molle bags, etc. Additional accessories can be ordered separately from your Bronco vehicle and our team will work with you in finding exactly what you need.

What if I have a trade-in?

At Peoria Ford we welcome your trade!  One we have a delivery date for your Bronco our team will discuss getting your trade-in for an appraisal.

What about financing?

We offer a full range of financing options through Ford Motor Credit as well as various banks and lenders.  Our team will work with you to find the best option.

How about pricing?

Our team has pledged to honor all plans that Ford Motor Company offers, including A, Z, D, and X plan. We will charge no additional dealer markup above MSRP.

 By completing the Reservation Process, you are not ordering or purchasing a vehicle. Participation in the Program does not guarantee you vehicle delivery. Your Reservation does not guarantee a set price for the Vehicle.
