What's New for the 2026 Ford Bronco Sport?
A notable addition for the 2026 model year is the Bronco Sport's available Bronze Package. It provides the vehicle with 17-inch Sinister Bronze wheels and a series of bronze exterior accents. Inside, the cabin also gains unique bronze touches. You can select this eye-catching package on both the Big Bend and Badlands trim levels.
What Are the 2026 Bronco Sport Trims & Features?
There are four available trim levels: Big Bend, Heritage, Outer Banks, and Badlands.
The Big Bend serves as the entry point, featuring a standard 4X4 system and five G.O.A.T. Modes™ to handle various terrain types. Standard technology highlights include a 13.2-inch SYNC® 4 display, wireless smartphone integration via Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, and push-button start.
The Heritage trim offers a throwback look, featuring a vintage-style white roof and plaid cloth bucket seats. This model is also equipped with all-terrain tires for more rugged capability. Its feature list closely follows the Big Bend trim's standard equipment.
For a more upscale cabin, the Outer Banks trim provides leather upholstery and heated front bucket seats. It also includes dual-zone automatic climate control to ensure a comfortable interior environment regardless of the weather outside.
The Badlands trim is the top choice for trail performance, featuring an upgraded suspension and an advanced 4X4 system with a twin-clutch rear-drive unit. It also includes protective steel bash plates. The available Sasquatch Badlands Package offers even more off-road capability.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 Bronco Sport Have?
The 1.5-liter EcoBoost® engine is standard on most trims, offering 180 horsepower and 200 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission and a standard 4X4 system come paired with this three-cylinder powertrain.
The Badlands trim is powered by a more robust 2.0-liter EcoBoost® four-cylinder engine. It produces 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. This engine also works with an eight-speed automatic transmission but adds steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
