The 2019 model is offered in five stunning trims which include the base model, the XLT, the Limited, the Sport, and the Explorer Platinum. Three distinctive powertrains are available depending on the trim that you select. The base trim, for example, comes with a powerful 3.5-liter, Ti-VCT V6 engine that generates 290 horsepower and 255 foot-pounds for torque.

Another powertrain option is the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine that will impress you with its 280 horsepower and 310 foot-pounds of torque. The most powerful engine available for the 2019 model year is the 3.5-liter EcoBoost. It puts out 365 horsepower and 350 foot-pounds for torque. These are all mated with an automatic transmission, electric power steering and an independent suspension system in the rear and front. Other features include terrain management control, hill start assist, trailer sway control and hill descent control.
