The all-new Ford Bronco Sport is a fun-to-drive off-roader. Positioned as the smaller Bronco, it brings an array of safety and tech features, tough off-road cred, and interior space. Its cool boxy design and innovative features position it for market popularity.

2021 Bronco Sport Trims & Features

The 2021 Ford Bronco Sport comes in five trim levels. The first is the Base trim level. The Base's interior consists of cloth-covered seats and a touchscreen display with smartphone compatibility. The Base trim has an exterior characterized by a safari roof equipped with a roof rack system to transport an additional 150 pounds worth of goods. There are ten paint colors available for the Bronco Sport, including some two-tone color schemes for select trims.

After the Base comes the Big Bend trim, its standard amenities include Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. It also has Ford's SYNC 3 infotainment system with voice recognition. A six-speaker stereo is standard. The Outer Banks adds an intelligent access system with a push-button start. It also has leather seats. Customer exterior elements are available. Advanced four-wheel drive is standard on the Badlands, which also has Trail Control and seven different traversing trails settings. The First Edition has a power liftgate, metal bash plates, and LED lighting.

What's Under the Hood of the Bronco Sport?

The Bronco Sport is configured with two engines. The first engine, which powers the first three trims, is a three-cylinder with a capacity of 1.5L. The second engine is a slightly larger 2.0L four-cylinder. The first engine has a power output of 180 HP, and the second produces just under 250 HP. Both engines are paired with an 8-speed transmission, and towing capacity between 2,000 and 2,200 pounds.

Along with seat belts and airbags, the Ford Bronco Sport has numerous safety features. Standard on all trims is the Co-Pilot360 suite with automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-keep assist. Adaptive cruise control and lane-centering are available.
