Ford lists four principal trims for the 2026 Expedition: Active, Platinum, Tremor, and King Ranch.
The Active trim offers a well-rounded set of features. A 24-inch panoramic display instrument panel presents driving information clearly, while a ten-way power driver's seat with lumbar support and tri-zone automatic temperature control add convenience. Standard tech includes a 5G Wi-Fi hotspot, a 13.2-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 360-degree camera.
Platinum increases the comfort and luxury quotient with heated and ventilated multicontour front seats featuring Active Motion massage. The 10-speaker B&O premium audio system delivers strong sound, and the Panoramic Vista Roof enhances the cabin.
The Tremor trim is designed for off-road use, featuring modified Raptor skid plates and a suspension lift. Trail Control technology helps drivers navigate rough terrain with greater confidence.
King Ranch tops the range with 22-inch Sinister Bronze wheels and a continuously controlled damping suspension for improved ride refinement. Inside, Del Rio full leather upholstery and a 22-speaker B&O Unleashed sound system complete the package.
How Much Horsepower Does the 2026 Expedition Have?
The Expedition uses a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6. The base tune produces 400 horsepower while the high-output variant increases that to 440 horsepower. A 10-speed automatic transmission handles shifting, and towing capacity reaches up to 9,600 pounds when properly equipped. Both RWD and 4WD drivetrains are available.
